Fitnett is about helping women get active, build confidence and make new friends through sport.

We celebrate progress, not perfection.

Sometimes progress is making a great interception.

Sometimes it's understanding a new rule.

And sometimes it's simply walking through the door when you nearly talked yourself out of coming.

Can I come to Fitnett on my own?

Absolutely.

Lots of our players join without knowing anyone.

You don't need to find a team before joining and you don't need to persuade a friend to come with you — although they're very welcome too!

We'll help you settle in and introduce you to the people around you.

Our aim is simple: we want you to leave your session feeling better than when you arrived.
