What should I bring with me to a session?

Just bring yourself we have everything you need to get you started on the programme. We would recommending bringing water to a session. We would recommend wearing loose clothing which is easy to move around in. Supportive footwear which supports your ankles. Remove all jewellery or tape if cannot be removed. Nails also need to be short and rounded.

I’m worried about my fitness levels will this be suitable for me?

We can help adapt sessions for your needs. We can do this by offering half games or teaching you the skills needed to take part in a session. Our coaches are always on hand to guide you in the direction you need.

Do I have to come every week?

This is dip in and out sessions we will match you to a team which allows you to come each week but have subs in each game to allow you to come off and not come to a session if you are busy or such as.

Do I enter as a team or on my own?

We will allocate you a team which has space. So just come as yourself and we will do the rest. If we have a waiting list we will be in touch as soon as a space becomes available.
