Fitnett Weight Loss Netball League
Effective Date: 24 August 2025

Welcome to Fitnett, a UK-based social weight management netball league focused on fitness, fun, and building a positive community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in our leagues and your use of our website at www.fitnett.co.uk.

By registering with us, participating in any games, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To join the Fitnett league, you must:

  • Be aged 16 or over

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

  • Be medically fit to participate in moderate physical activity

  • Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up

2. Health & Safety

Your health and safety are our priority. By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are responsible for assessing your own physical readiness to play

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to us honestly during registration

  • You will consult a doctor if unsure about your ability to participate

  • You understand that physical activity carries inherent risks, including injury

Fitnett is not liable for any health issues that arise during or after participation unless due to negligence on our part.

3. Registration & Payment

  • All players must register through our website: www.fitnett.co.uk

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe

  • Fees are paid on a monthly bases.

  • Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional cases at Fitnett’s discretion (e.g. medical withdrawal with notice)

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule matches due to weather, venue availability, or other unforeseen issues

  • If we cancel a full season or session, affected participants may be offered a refund or credit

  • No refunds are given for individual missed games

5. Code of Conduct

All players are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all players, referees, and staff with respect

  • Refrain from bullying, harassment, or discrimination

  • Play safely and follow the rules of the game

  • Refrain from substance use that may impair your ability to play safely

We reserve the right to suspend or ban any participant who breaches this code.

6. Photos, Videos & Testimonials

With your consent, we may take and use photos, videos, or testimonials:

  • For social media, marketing, or promotional purposes

  • You can opt out at any time by emailing fitnettnetball@gmail.com

  • We will not tag or share identifiable images without your permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Fitnett is not liable for injuries, health conditions, or loss of personal property during participation

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation in the league

  • Our liability for any breach of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for that season

8. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

  • Upload or transmit malicious code or content

We may suspend access or take legal action if these terms are violated.

9. Privacy
